Paula Arnold Over a distinguished and inspirational 30-year career, Paula Arnold has worked to put her expertise and relationships to work for her clients. She currently leads the public relations efforts of Arnold and Langrand Communications and has helped attract high-profile clients in the public and private sectors. Paula has served on the Houston Independent School District Board of Trustees, coordinated a gubernatorial campaign for Ann Richards and led three successful city council campaigns. She’s been a diligent lobbyist on educational issues, family violence initiatives, and telecommunications regulatory reform.
